Pita Bread Pizza


This is a great option for a quick lunch and the opportunity to use up some leftovers as well. It is very easy to prepare and a child can help make it too. 

  • Pita Bread
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese 

You can also add toppings to the pita pizza like olives, spinach, brocolli, mushrooms, peperoni, ham or whatever your heart desires for toppings! It is also great to serve with a side salad or a bowl of soup or even some fruit.

Preheat oven or set toaster oven to 400 degrees. Bake 7-10 minutes till the cheese melts and the edges get a little crispy. 

Let cool, then cut into slices and enjoy.
